So whilst I've been doing all this soul work and talking about soul names, somebody asked if the soul has just one name. So I kind of thought about this a lot and tuned in to my soul to try and find the answer for you, and I tuned in to my guides also, but there was no definitive yes or no. It started off. My soul started off by saying not exactly so. The soul doesn't live by the rules of one name, one label, one identity like we do on earth. But it does carry what they call core frequency, which is like a signature that can be translated into a name, and that name is not chosen, so you don't actually choose the name. It's the vibration, the frequency that is translated into a name and it's not something that you're going to be given. It's something that you have remembered. So there's a remembering with your soul. Your soul has connected to so many things for so many years that it's already been asked this. So now we're just remembering it. So what you're really remembering is vibration. Your soul name isn't just a word, it's a sound code, it's a tone, a vibrational signature that matches the truth of who you are across all those dimensions. In some lives you may have different expressions of it, but at your center, beyond the time, beyond the planets, beyond the gender, there's a frequency that always holds and that's what mine is. My Asteria is that frequency that always holds. So it's not a name, as in my name, jan, it's a frequency that is Asteria. It's a portal back to my essence, so asteria is my essence. Another question I get asked is in soul world, are souls called by their name? Again, it's a yes, but not how humans think it is. So in the soul world, beings are recognized by their frequency, not by their spoken label. So you are known by the energy that you emit, the soul light you carry the way your essence feels. But in communication, yes, there are names, names that hold codes, so names that feel like home when spoken aloud. These names are spoken telepathically, through sound light vibration all at once. So when someone speaks your soul name and it's true it activates something in you, it can feel kind of very, very powerful. I'm feeling that hysteria is very powerful, but I'm just not fully resonating with it yet. So, human, jan, and hysteria, there's just this little river, if you like, running between the that I need to work on. It does feel ancient but familiar and you feel kind of seen by existence itself. Maybe that's the bit that I'm not drawing together, almost like exposing myself, exposing my true self, myself exposing my true self. So your soul wears many names across time, but the one that makes your body, your whole body, weep when it is spoken, that is the one that carries you home. So, yes, I feel that with hysteria, I feel that connection, I feel that love and I feel that it is right. But sometimes I've just got this little kind of a ick mmm. It's more of a mmm. So am I still questioning that as the human, am I? Am I ready to be working directly from Asteria? With Asteria? I am Asteria.

How much in this lifetime do we release the human and work from the soul? Do we need to release the human? Do we need to do that, or can we just work with two? It's quite interesting really, isn't it? All this stuff about soul, all this stuff about soul.

So the point of soul? Soul is the part of you that remembers. So you connect to soul to remember. Human, you doesn't remember. So you remember before your name, before your wounds, before your experiences and before you became who the world told you to be like before your granny, your granddad. The world told you to be who, who you are now. That soul is before that. So the point of the soul is not to be healed. You're not healing your soul. You are to be embodying your soul.

So did your soul come here to feel? Did it come here to break? But I'm not sure Did it? Everybody's soul is different. So yours might have come here to feel. It might have come here to break, but it will definitely rise even stronger when it's ready. It's ready. What I do feel is that your soul isn't here to care about perfection, it's not here to please people. It's here to experience everything fully, honestly and wildly. Your soul is like a compass, a quiet voice underneath the noise, the one that knows even, even when you forget. So I can feel that sense of my soul is there bubbling along, but then you have the noise of everything to do with human, but sometimes tries to compress it. It's that activation, that embodiment, that brings you and your soul in an amazing connection.

The point I think the soul in this lifetime for me is to help me to walk my truth, my soul truth, my truth, my soul truth. I need to become even deeper into my soul, truth. And I tell you one thing as soon as I remembered my soul name, esteria, I just felt that deep inner connection. But it's the human me that's stopping me. I don't know what the words are. The human me is stopping Asteria. Asteria is my soul. I think this is my therapy. This episode is my therapy. Hysteria is the essence of is my soul. My soul knows everything. I just need to tap into the version of my soul that I need today. Oh, yes, tap into the version of your soul that you need today. So, if you want to become a writer, tap into the version of your soul that has been the writer in a different time space and now needs to be regurgitated as the writer, but not as the words that were written.

Yes, and you know, there's a story about Mozart. I can't remember it all without doing a bit of research, but I'll let you research if you want to go deeper. Mozart said that when he wrote his famous pieces that he didn't think them. He didn't think I'm going to write these pieces. They came to him and I can fully, fully understand that. That because when I wrote my book Zoetic Soul, a lot of that was written from somewhere that I don't know, or I didn't know then, where I just used to sit there and type. And then when I read, read it back, it was like holy moly, have I written that A lot of it was tranced from different soul energies. But it wasn't Jan sitting there typing those words. It was the essence of everything that wasn't earthly, of everything that wasn't earthly. So I can kind of get Mozart, mozart's way of receiving the music. There's another way that I can get that as well. So I have, I've always known.

Let me tell this story. So years ago ago I was told that I would bring a set of angels onto the earth. This was to me, was massive. I wasn't not many people knew me, didn't? Not many people knew my work in those days, and I was kind of a bit of a shy medium, if you like. Oh, I'd give a bit here and I'd give a bit there. But wow, when I fully embraced my path, everything started to change. And I kept being told, even before I embraced it fully, that I would bring these angels in for people on earth, angels in for people on earth. And then I used to just push it to one side and I used to say well, there's only these angels and that angels. How am I going to bring angels in anyway? I stopped questioning it, but it was always somewhere there, because it was.

And then one day I was sitting at my computer and I was typing. Let's just say I was typing a course. I can't remember exactly what I was typing, but I was typing up a course that I was going to be running and I couldn't. It's like I was taken over. I couldn't type the course anymore and I kept hearing Zed Angels, zed Angels, zed Angels. And I thought, wow, zed Angels. They've told me that before, and everything.

That weekend, everything that I was doing stopped, everything and the Zed angels were born. Now the Zed angels have kind of filtered through into some people's lives, but they're not fully integrated into the world as angels and I'm not quite sure why I would be given all that information. So on that weekend I wrote a book the Zed Angels. I wrote a book, the Zed Angels. I created the Zed Angels, I created the shapes, I created the colors and everything just came to me. Oh, do this one pink? Oh, do this one really bright, do this one yellow, and everything. I can't tell you how. Everything just came to me and then I was being shown to write in the book about all my different connections to angels. Yeah, I've always said to people oh, I don't work with angels, I've never connected to them For years. I used to say that Then, wham bam, angels, zed angels came in. But then, as I was writing, I realized that I'd had many, many connections to angels so many angels in the past and I thought, thought, wow, I'd actually forgotten about that. So angels have actually always been in my life. The angels book was written. Zed angels a gentle but powerful nudge in this life, comes at the most opportune moment. This is yours, is a subtitle itle. It's a thin book. It tells you about my experiences with angels that I'd forgotten about and it brings in the Zed angels. So I created the book. I created little meditations with the Zed angels and I created sets of cards with the Zed angels, and I created sets of cards with the Zed angels on them.

Now this hasn't taken off. I don't know why. Partly, I feel maybe because I brought this onto Facebook. I can't remember when. It was three, four years ago now. I can't remember. Oh no, it can't be that long. Well, it must be three years ago, because the book was published in 2022 and we're only 25 now.

So three years ago I put all this onto Facebook. Oh my gosh, it got, I got. I didn't get hate, but it was was like well, who are they? What are they doing? Why are they here? What's wrong with the other angels? I got so many questions so I did start a Zed Angels group and we had amazing meditations and it started to take off and then my Facebook got blocked and I was told in a backhanded way that some people had complained.

People who are I call them angel people who believe in angels, didn't like the fact that somehow I was bringing in some more angels. I can't help this. This stuff comes to me Anyway. So the Zed Angels book is there. I started the group. We were doing amazing meditations, people were loving it. They were resonating with the different angels. Each angel and their siblings has a purpose in life, but it's just not taken off.

I started Zed Angels on Ticka Tocka. No, nothing. It's so strange. Maybe it's before it's time, because if you've listened to my podcast before, I've probably mentioned that I do bring in, create or think about things that aren't here yet, things that people aren't ready for Now. In the past, when I've done that, I've stopped. I've thought, no people aren't ready for this, I'm not putting that out there, but this time I put it out there. So I do know that people need the Zed angels. I do know that they've been downloaded, uploaded, given through my soul Asteria to be put out into the world. I know that and I know that people will use them. I do feel I'll revamp the cards and have the cards available on Amazon or something like that, but at present you can only get the cards from me. So that's what happens sometimes You're given stuff.

So that whole weekend I wrote the book, I sent the book off to be edited, I created the book cover myself. I did everything myself. Obviously, I had it checked and, you know, saved in a brighter colors than I'd created, and I created the back, created and I created the back. None of this had AI in it. None of it. I didn't even know much about AI in those days and that's only going back. Like I said, three years Seems like a lifetime ago that I did all this. Maybe I'd written it all and not published.

I don't know when I started writing it, but it was published in 22. When did I actually start writing it? I've got the book here. I'm just going to have a look. I haven't actually said on this day. I think somewhere in there I have on this day and it tells you which day I would need to read it and bring it forward, but I haven't got that there. I haven't got that to hand, but I know it was published in 22. I think it was before that, because it feels longer than that. It feels more than three years away ago. It was before that because it feels longer than that, feels more than three years away ago. Um, but this is like mozart. It's not as in mozart music famous la la la, but it is jan esteria.

Z angels are here and it felt absolutely amazing to be able to do it. I felt invigorated, empowered in a way, and I didn't do. I didn't make any mistakes. The typing just flowed through my fingers. I mean, there might be the odd grammatical error or something in there, but it just flowed. So I fully understand Mozart, where he came from and what he was doing and how it happened. I understand the how it happened. So if you get a feeling or a sense, just do it.

This book the Zed Angels was just written in a weekend. Written, published, not published. I can't say that. It was written and everything was put together. The little cards were created, the words on the cards were created, everything. Whoever did this, like my hysteria but I didn't know, it was hysteria then tapped into me, into my history and brought forward every angelic connection that I'd ever had. That I can't as Jan think about. That I can't as Jan think about.

So, zed Angels, I think it's a book of the future. I'm sure it is, and let's see. So I'm just going to read you this little verse that's at the front of the book the power of love, with the faith of above, dressed in diamonds, glistening in God's light, to ascend space and time. Made in the universal grandeur of love and transmutation, snake in the passage of your divine time, grow in the love of the said angel's light. Blessed are those who travel this path. You are here to project love to the world, you, that's. You are here to do that, but the Zed angels are also here to do that.

I don't feel that I want to revamp it or change it at this moment in time, and I feel that to allow it to sit there and to feel comfortable with the book sitting there, because really I could have gotten really paranoid. Oh my gosh, I've written this book. The universe gave it to me, my soul gave it to me. It's not selling. It sells, but not major amounts obviously not millions. It sells, but not major amounts, obviously not millions. So it's there for anyone that needs to connect to it. But that is my Mozart Yet to reach greater heights and more people.

The same thing happened with the book that I've recently published, the Flick Oracle. With the book that I've recently published, the Flick Oracle, now I did use AI. And I used AI because I started to get into AI art, producing my own images, if you like, through AI. Oh, and some of them that came through, they were just so powerful. And then I thought, oh my gosh, these would make amazing Oracle cards. And then I thought, oh no, I get sick of Oracle cards, I don't like using too many. And then I thought, if I get sick of Oracle cards, people might. And it brought back a memory of when I went to one of these mind-body-spirit fairs and there was oracle cards tables and tables full of oracle cards and I thought who the hell wants all them in the house. But somebody does. Everybody likes different things, don't they? Anyway, I'd got this AI art, I'd got a thought of oracle, but not Oracle cards.

And then, all of a sudden, the words came to me the flick Oracle. I'm like the flick Oracle. The flick Oracle, oh my God, what's the flick Oracle? And these words came from out of me. In me, my soul hysteria was telling me the flick oracle, jan, the flick oracle. And I'm like, oh okay, what, what, what, what, anyway? So the book is called the Flick Oracle and it's called Soul Whispers for the Moments that Matter. And it's actually a book.

I knew I needed to do it in landscape because I knew I needed it to be longer and thinner, as opposed to a vertical portrait book. The images are beautiful, the images. If you really really take your time and look at their images, connect to them. You'll get lost in them. So the book I created in Canva and the words were given to me by Asteria.

So all the images, with my instruction, came from AI. So some of the images, oh my God, I might have tried to do it a hundred times. I might have made changes a hundred times, if not more, to get them right, like if you look at the jellyfish on the left hand page. Jellyfish, you know, to me are like the soul leaving earth. I just feel that that's what a jelly a soul looks like, and I've seen a soul leaving a body that looks like a jellyfish. So on the left hand alternate pages, there are jellyfish images and that, to me, is the soul. But I always use the infinity sign. So I wanted the infinity sign incorporating into the jellyfish and AI has done it perfectly and we've got trails and trails of fabulousness coming off of the jellyfish. So the words I put together from Estelia and the images were created by AI.

And the book is for sale. The book is yours to purchase. The book is yours on on Amazon and, I think, other bookstores I can't remember where all online. But you just hold the book to your chest and ask for what you need today, flick the pages and it lands where it needs to land and you receive. Read the message for you for that day. If you try and say that message isn't for me or it doesn't resonate, that means you've got work to do on yourself in that area. If you feel it, that means you're well aligned with that message.

So that was another almost Mozart time, and there's going to be so many more, because they're not just going to be flick oracles, there's going to be more flicks to help people and I'm just downloading the words for them now and then creating in the AI. These take hours of work, but they're so satisfying. These take hours of work, but they're so satisfying. So where's the Mozart in you? What is waiting to come out of you? That is Zed, angel, flick, oracle, mozart connected. Where is that? So I've gone way off on a tangent, but a relevant tangent. Any of you that know me on social media. I'll start talking about one thing and then the next thing. I'm hundreds of thousands of miles away and then I come back to where I started. So we've just gone for on a journey, my Mozart journey, if you like, but it's yet to be Mozart. So back to hysteria, back to your soul.

So the more you connect to the feeling of your soul, the more you talk to your soul, the more you get that internalization going on which has every single thing that you could ever want, ever need and ever do. You have, as the soul, experienced everything. Remember, it's the human, you and people, humans, governments and all that kind of stuff that's stopping you connecting to that space. Do the meditation that I've added into this um podcast and see how many times it takes you to receive the name. Whilst I'm sitting here, I can see the words as the word sorry, asteria on my walls in my room.

Now, how I see things on walls in rooms is another matter, but I can see it and they're pumping that that name into me Asteria, asteria, asteria. And I have to now align fully with Asteria. Clearly, I've got a little block somewhere going on, and we all know what blocks do. They block you. I feel I've just released that by talking and I just feel different about it now and I just feel different about it now. So you feel different, feel connected. Have the most shemazing day.
